Chmielewski is the Corporate Risk & Insurance Manager for Ace Hardware Corporation in Oak Brook, IL.  Ace Hardware Corporation is a cooperative hardware wholesaler  supporting the business needs of over 3,000 individual member retailers who own and operate more than 4,6000 stores located in all 50 states and in over 60 countries.

Tammy Finley is Vice President, Employment Counsel for Advance Auto Parts, Inc., a Fortune 500 automotive aftermarket retailer based in Roanoke, Virginia.  Advance Auto Parts has been in business since 1932 and has 3400+ retail stores operating in over 40 states. 

David Goltz is Vice President of Administration and General Counsel for Highway Technologies, Inc. (“HT”), the nation’s leader in highway safety services and products.  HT is a private equity owned company headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois with over 40 locations throughout the United States.

Mike McDonald is Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management for Quality Distribution, Inc. the largest bulk transporter of chemicals in North America, with a fleet of 3,500 vehicles.

David Mims is Senior Vice President of Risk Management for LQ Management LLC, which operates the La Quinta hotel brand throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.  Mr. Mims has oversight responsibility for all insurance and self-insured programs, claims administration, and litigation management.

Mike Morgan is Product Liability Manager for Fluidmaster, Inc., a San Juan Capistrano, California based manufacturer of plumbing products.  His responsibilities at Fluidmaster include managing product liability claims operations and oversight of all claims in litigation.
