Lauderdale, Florida for the 2025 USLAW NETWORK Retail and Hospitality Industry Executive Risk Forum to be held April 23 – 24, 2025. The Forum is limited, due to its format, to the first 80 registrants.

The multi-day event is designed to bring together in-house counsel, chief legal officers, heads of risk and claims from companies ranging from big box, hotel/motel, restaurants, entertainment venues, franchisors/franchisees, and other businesses that are faced with a wide variety of general liability matters. Joining them will be attorneys from USLAW member law firms from across the NETWORK and corporate partners who provide skilled services to this market. Whether attendees are responsible for risk management, safety oversight, or claims handling and management, this program will provide real-world takeaways and shared experiences that can be immediately implemented in their workplace.

USLAW events are unique. There are no formal presentations, PowerPoints, or panels. Instead, each session will have USLAW member attorneys, invited clients and/or USLAW corporate partners – typically two to three people per session – who will lead unique, facilitated conversations among those attendees in the room. These discussions will engage the audience to actively participate and generate a highly interactive and thought-provoking dialogue.

The event format allows for significant networking among the in-house client attendees and their counterparts in other industries and companies. This creates an amazing opportunity to truly take back solutions and suggestions from others.

Finally, we will host a client-only closed door session with no USLAW member attorneys or corporate partners in attendance. This will be an excellent opportunity to engage in a private discussion about clients’ experiences with USLAW outside counsel.

USLAW NETWORK will offer national CLE credit for attorneys and CE credit for TX and FL adjusters (reciprocal with other states). All states are currently pending.

The Forum will include two spectacular evening events on property at the Ritz-Carlton along with one afternoon of offsite fun, social activities.
