Amy Erlbacher-Anderson practices in the areas of employment-based immigration and employer compliance relating to the employment verification process. She has a wide-ranging practice, including healthcare, IT, and other industries, assisting employers from the start (assessing candidates) through the end (receipt of a permanent resident card) of most employer-based immigration processes.
