Brandon R. Tomjack

Brandon Tomjack is a Partner in the firm of Baird Holm LLP. Mr. Tomjack received a B.S. Degree with honors from the University of Nebraska in 2001 and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. Mr. Tomjack is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nebraska Bar Association, the Iowa Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He practices in both state and federal courts, including the United States bankruptcy court, representing clients as secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation involving commercial transactions. Mr. Tomjack also assists clients with both commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, non-judicial repossessions and sales of personal property, and non-judicial workouts.
