Elizabeth G. Stouder

Elizabeth (Beth) Stouder is the managing shareholder of Richardson, Whitman, Large and Badger. The firm focuses on civil and commercial litigation and has offices in Portland and Bangor. Ms. Stouder has an active trial practice in Maine's state and federal courts which includes retail, premises liability, asbestos, product liability and employment cases. Ms. Stouder is active in the USLAW Retail Practice Group. She is the Chair of the United States District Court Local Rules Committee for the District of Maine and past President of ABOTA in Maine. She is a previous state representative of DRI and the former president of the Tri State Defense Association.
