Nadia P. Bermudez

Nadia Bermudez is a shareholder with Klinedinst PC in San Diego, California. With a focus on employment litigation, counseling, and general business litigation, Nadia has significant litigation and trial experience in employment matters such as sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, defamation, trade secrets, and a wide range of other matters. Nadia is an experienced trainer in areas such as sexual harassment prevention, diversity and other employment topics. A leader in the legal community, Nadia devotes time to serving on a local and national level. She has served as president of San Diego La Raza Lawyers and the Lawyers Club of San Diego, whose mission is the advancement of women in the law. She is also currently a lawyer representative to the Southern District Court of California. Nadia has also recently held leadership roles with the American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association. She received her BA from University of California, Irvine and is a 2001 graduate of Stanford Law School.
