Nicole MacKenzie is a Seattle based Member of Williams Kastner, where she served as Managing Director from January 2021 through December 2022. Ms. MacKenzie maintains an active products and mass torts practice, developing and implementing defense strategies and litigating matters in state and federal courts for national product manufacturers both as local and National Coordinating Counsel. Ms. MacKenzie's experience includes serving as local and national counsel defending manufacturers, contractors, and premises owners in asbestos and talc personal injury litigation. She has served as national trial counsel on behalf of several clients and has tried cases to verdict in California, Oregon, and Washington.
Beyond providing top-notch client service, Ms. MacKenzie is a champion of leading by example, ensuring the happiness and well-being of the firm’s employees, and supporting a richly diverse and inclusive culture. She has also been a presenter in various contexts and has been active in the community, serving on the board for non-profit organizations. When her children were in elementary school, she also served in various capacities, including as VP and president, with the PTSA. Ms. MacKenzie joined Williams Kastner in 2014. She graduated from Yale University and Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College and is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, California, and Virginia.
