Richard Traub is a founding partner of the firm Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP in Hawthorne and New York, New York and practices in the firm's insurance coverage, construction litigation, professional liability, litigation management and cyber/data privacy and technology areas. He has represented numerous entities that have suffered a data breach; carriers issuing coverage for a breach; manufacturers; design professionals and contractors in all phases of construction projects; numerous law firms in legal malpractice matters; as well as insurers and reinsurers in connection with coverage and bad faith litigation. Traub has published a number of books, articles, and papers dealing with environmental forensics, technology and cyber liabilities; and construction defect litigation. He is a sought after speaker having presented papers to among others, the AIDA World Congress; Insurers and Re-Insurers at Lloyd’s of London; and to numerous insurance companies as part of ongoing, litigation management and continuing education training.
