2023 USLAW NETWORK

Construction Law Executive Legal Forum

September 11-12, 2023 | Royal Palms Resort | Phoenix, Arizona

Please join us at the 2023 USLAW NETWORK Construction Law Executive Legal Forum scheduled for September 11 – 12, 2023, at Royal Palms Resort in Phoenix, Arizona.

The 2023 USLAW NETWORK Construction Law Executive Legal Forum is a two-day, interactive discussion among high-level construction legal executives and USLAW outside counsel focusing on the most important current and future legal issues that impact your business. Instead of the standard presentation format, the Forum is deliberately fluid in nature, encouraging attendee participation, thereby providing a wealth of information and practical experience on the very topics being discussed. In-house attendees will include owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors in all trade specialties, design professionals including architects and engineers, construction product manufacturers, material suppliers, and owners/end-users.

We look forward to an interactive discussion tailored to topics you are most interested in, such as:

  • Cybersecurity and the Construction Industry: Obligations, Liabilities, Insurance and Best Practices
  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Workforce Goals, and Related ESG Issues
  • Flowing Down of Dispute Resolution Provisions: Joinder, Vouching In, Contingent Payments and Due Process
  • Early Contractor Involvement in Planning and Design: Benefits and Burdens

Take a short summer break and join USLAW NETWORK from September 11 – 12 at the beautiful Royal Palms Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, for this year’s Forum.
