Construction Law Forum

2026 USLAW NETWORK Construction Law Forum

The Conrad Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee will host the 2026 USLAW NETWORK Construction Law Forum, scheduled for May 13–15 2026. Designed for senior legal, claims, and risk professionals from across the construction industry, this Forum is intentionally interactive and relationship-driven—bringing the right people into the room for candid discussion, practical takeaways, and trusted peer exchange.  The Forum is limited, due to its format, to the first 75 registrants.

About the Forum
The Construction Law Forum is built for real-world problem solving in today’s evolving environment—where jury dynamics, regulatory change, emerging technologies, and complex construction defect issues continue to reshape risk. Over two days of facilitated conversations, participants will trade strategies and perspectives on what is working now, what is changing, and what is coming next. The 2026 program will also feature insights from S-E-A, Ltd., adding a technical and litigation-support lens that complements the peer-to-peer dialogue.

A Different Kind of Event
Consistent with USLAW NETWORK’s discussion-first approach, the Forum is structured without formal panels  or lecture-style presentations. Instead, each session is guided by a small group of experienced facilitators—typically a blend of USLAW member attorneys, industry professionals, and corporate partners—who frame the issue and then drive an open, collaborative conversation. This format keeps the focus on what participants are seeing in active matters and how they are responding in practical, defensible ways.

What You Can Expect to Discuss
Programming will focus on timely product liability and complex tort issues such as:

  • Taming the Reptile: Protecting Construction Companies Litigation Tactics
  • Stopping the Steel: How Forensic Engineering and Imaging Sciences Can Counter Challenging Claims and Strategies in Litigation
  • Caught in a Vice? Navigating the Tripartite Relationship in Construction Defect Litigation
  • Clause Combat: Killer Contract Clauses in Modern Construction Agreements
  • In the Trenches: Litigation Trends in 2026 and Beyond
  • Mega Moves: Mastering the Complexities of Billion-Dollar Builds

S-E-A, Ltd. is a valued partner for this Forum, bringing the technical perspective that often becomes decisive in product liability and complex tort matters. As a multi-disciplined forensic engineering, fire investigation, and visualization services firm specializing in failure analysis, S-E-A supports claims and litigation teams through hands-on investigation, product testing, and independent expert analysis across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil/materials engineering, human factors, and related forensic capabilities

Venue: Conrad Nashville
Set in Midtown at the intersection of West End Avenue and Broadway, Conrad Nashville offers a polished, modern setting that works equally well for focused sessions and relaxed networking. The hotel is close to Vanderbilt and Music Row, with downtown Nashville venues within a few miles, and it features spacious accommodations, dedicated event space, and a rooftop pool terrace with city views. Attendees will also have standout on-site options for hosted connection, including Blue Aster (the hotel’s signature dining experience) and Thistle & Rye, a cocktail bar on the third floor.

Celebrating 25 Years
As USLAW NETWORK marks its 25th anniversary, the 2026 Construction Law Forum is designed to reflect what has defined the NETWORK from the beginning: relationships built on trust, conversations that are candid and useful, and a community committed to helping one another navigate the highest-stakes matters. We invite you to join us in Nashville to celebrate this milestone year—while engaging in the kind of practical, peer-driven dialogue that continues to move the NETWORK forward.
