20 Years | Celebrating Together
The 20th anniversary of the USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection is an opportunity to amplify, celebrate and engage our community across the NETWORK—clients, corporate partners, member attorneys, and referral sources—through a robust month-long program in March 2026.
Our dynamic month-long initiative celebrates the women shaping the NETWORK today while honoring the trailblazers who paved the way. Through professional development, powerful storytelling, and intentional connection, Women’s Connection Month reflects on our history and two decades of progress and inspires the next generation of leaders.
Events
Designed with you in mind
Women’s Connection Month welcomes female legal leaders from across the United States and around the world, including in-house counsel, claims and risk professionals, USLAW member outside counsel, and representatives from USLAW corporate partners. For in-house legal leaders, the month is tailored to women who are directly engaged in managing legal matters for their organizations—across practice areas and industries—and who see value in strengthening trusted relationships, exchanging practical insights, and expanding professional networks through candid conversation and community. USLAW NETWORK female outside counsel are also encouraged to participate, along with female representatives from our corporate partners, creating a collaborative, supportive forum where peers can connect, share perspective, and learn from one another.
Programming
Across March, you can expect a robust lineup of virtual keynote speakers and interactive roundtable discussions featuring women leaders and allies from across the NETWORK and beyond. These sessions will focus on professional development, real-world insights, and candid conversations about growth, opportunity, and the evolving future of our profession.
In addition to live programming, Women’s Connection Month will come to life through ongoing social media interaction that highlights personal stories, milestones, and moments of impact—creating space for recognition, encouragement, and shared celebration throughout the month. Participants will also have access to Live Better resources that support wellness, balance, and sustainable success, reinforcing the importance of investing in the whole person as we build stronger leaders and stronger teams.
Women’s Connection Month reflects on our history and two decades of progress, while inspiring the next generation of leaders who will carry this work forward.
