Live Better is USLAW NETWORK’s wellness and wellbeing initiative—built to support healthier, more sustainable success for legal professionals through practical tools, encouraging habits, and community connection. It’s grounded in the idea that wellbeing is not separate from leadership or performance; it’s a foundation for both.
During Women’s Connection Month, the week of March 16, 2026 is dedicated to Live Better—our NETWORK-wide focus on balance, resilience, and long-term thriving for women in the legal profession. This special week is a joint initiative between USLAW NETWORK and S-E-A, Ltd., bringing together community and resources to help women lead, grow, and perform at a high level without losing sight of personal wellbeing.
At the center of the week is a step challenge created exclusively for participating women. Whether you’re already active or simply looking for a reason to move a little more each day, the challenge is designed to be accessible, motivating, and fun. Track your steps throughout the week, encourage your peers, and celebrate progress—big or small—together. It’s a simple way to build momentum, spark friendly connection across the NETWORK, and prioritize wellness in the middle of a busy month.
In addition to the challenge, participants will have access to Live Better resources curated in collaboration with S-E-A, Ltd. to support real-life wellbeing—practical tools, ideas, and guidance you can put to use immediately. Expect content focused on sustainable performance, including strategies for managing stress, setting boundaries, improving focus and energy, and building routines that make leadership more manageable over the long term.
Live Better Week will also come to life through dedicated social media initiatives that keep the momentum going each day. Look for daily prompts, encouragement, wellness tips, and community spotlights that celebrate participation and make it easy to engage—whether you’re joining the step challenge, exploring the resources, or simply cheering others on. Together, we’ll use the week of March 16 to prioritize wellness, strengthen connection, and reinforce that living better is not a break from leadership—it’s part of it.
