Kimberly A. Stevens

Kim Stevens is a partner in the Oklahoma City office of Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, LLP.
She is a first chair trial experienced civil litigation attorney with vast experience defending various health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. Prior to becoming a lawyer and joining Pierce, Couch, Hendrickson, Baysinger & Green in 2006, Kim worked a surgical nurse at Integris Southwest Medical Center for 14 years. Her nursing experience is often recognized as a valued strength she offers to medical malpractice cases. As a Registered Nurse and attorney, Kim utilizes her nurse attorney experience by representing and defending all levels of care providers such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, licensed professional counselors, drug and alcohol counselors, ambulance/transportation clients, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care providers in medical malpractice litigation and licensure and disciplinary issues. She has been designated by her peers as a Super Lawyer in Medical Malpractice Defense several years. She often serves as a key note speaker for several professional boards and schools. She serves on her firm's Associate Committee and DEI Committee. She is currently a board member for the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel and serves as secretary on her local Junior Service League.
