alianciaadvokatov was founded in 1990 and currently consists of three senior partners, twelve associates and five paralegal staff. All the lawyers in alianciaadvokatov speak English and most of them speak also a third language. We provide legal services in Slovak, English, Italian, French, German and Russian language. Our clients are public and private companies, financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies, foreign embassies and chambers of commerce, which seek our specialists’´ advice. Our goal is to adapt to the changing business world and to the needs of our clients in this environment. Our partners and associates have an excellent network of local co-workers throughout Slovakia and thanks to our TELFA colleagues also throughout Europe. Apart from lawyers, we also collaborate with tax advisors, patent counsels and experts in the field of constructions.

The law firm’s organizational structure consists of several units; each specializing in a particular field of law. Our core business is corporate and business law. In addition to the below-mentioned areas, we have a strong group of lawyers specializing in Pharmaceutical law. We have also been active in the area of PPP projects for highways on the side of private investors and in the process of privatization in the field of energy, chemical industry and water transport on behalf of the government. We have a specialized debt collection department, where we represent mainly the insurance companies, banks and wholesalers both in the process of out-of-court settlement as well as the process of litigation. We have specialists in litigation in relation to most of our areas of practise. One of our colleagues is also active as the Bankruptcy trustee. Recently we have also handled several tax law cases. In the past we have acted as the advisors to the “Big Four” mainly in the field of the PPP projects and privatization. We provide legal services according to the Slovak law but due to the fact Slovakia ascended to the European Union in 2004, we also deal with the European law.
