Family – we advise on a broad range of family matters including: pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, civil partnerships, divorce and separation. We also advise on leave to remove from a jurisdiction, abduction and surrogacy issues.
Finance – a specialist team skilled at handling complex multi-jurisdiction transactions which collaborates with other teams to create innovative ways to facilitate deals.
Immigration and Nationality – planning and practical advice and compliance auditing for individuals and corporations on complex immigration and nationality issues related to business, employment and investment.
Financial Services and funds – we act for family offices, fiduciaries, pension funds and fund managers. We cover all asset classes and have an understanding of US financial practices and are able to assist US businesses who are looking to purchase and integrate UK authorised firms.
Insolvency Restructuring and Recoveries – we advise lenders, insolvency practioners, creditors, directors and other stakeholders, and advise in relation to LPA receiverships.
Private Client – wealth and asset protection using UK and offshore structures, inheritance issues, estates, tax planning, trusts, family offices and charities. Also residential property for UHNWs and HNWs.
Projects and Infrastructure – significant experience of advising project participants, including sponsors/promoters, funders, operators, contractors, delivery partners and governments. We have a specialist, focus on the ports, energy and social infrastructure sectors.
