Albert B. Randall, Jr.

Bert Randall is president of Franklin & Prokopik, where he concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of employment litigation and counseling, and complex civil litigation. He regularly represents employers and their insurers in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative agencies. In addition to his active trial practice, Bert serves as general counsel to some of the largest trade associations in Maryland. He emphasizes counseling and effective policy formation in order to avoid costly litigation. Bert has testified numerous times before Maryland's General Assembly and is a regular speaker for national legal and trade groups. He received numerous leadership awards while serving in the Maryland Army National Guard.
