Bert Randall, Franklin & Prokopik president and principal, is a trial attorney who concentrates on complex matters involving employment, tort liability, and business litigation. He regularly represents companies in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition to his active trial practice, Bert provides general counsel services to numerous Maryland businesses and large trade associations.
Bert actively counsels employers in effective policy development and training to help avoid costly litigation. He often works with other F&P attorneys in complementary practice areas, including the firm’s business law group, to ensure clients’ issues are addressed with a cohesive and well-rounded approach.
Bert has served as a speaker, both regionally and nationally, for numerous organizations.
