Bryan A. Yasinsac

Bryan Yasinsac is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where he focuses his practice on defense of personal injury actions in transportation and logistics claims. Bryan earned his law degree from Florida State University and is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Bryan started his legal career with Wicker Smith in their Naples office straight out of law school before transferring to the Wicker Smith office in Orlando where he focuses his practice on transportation litigation ranging from motorized scooters to tractor trailers while representing motor carriers, drivers, and motor carrier brokers. Throughout his years with Wicker Smith, Bryan has built his practice by providing strong and creative representation for transportation clients from rapid response calls through a jury verdict, trying cases throughout Florida and representing companies large and small. This has included forays into product liability and on-site personal injury cases when his clients run across issues adjacent to their transportation and logistics operations proper. One of the strengths of Wicker Smith is the many strong trial attorneys it has throughout its footprint and Bryan is a skilled trial advocate who adds significant capability and experience to Wicker Smith’s corps of trial attorneys. Bryan is an active member of The Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association. A college swimmer, Bryan still enjoys swimming as well as watching college basketball and experimenting on the grill cooking for his family.
