Charles F. Carr

Co-founder of USLAW and the southeast-based law firm of Carr Allison, Charles Carr has more than 45 years of litigation experience handling catastrophic injury cases as national counsel for top 10 motor carriers and major transportation insurers. He has litigated matters throughout the U.S. He has spoken at numerous national seminars on the progression and control of multimillion-dollar verdicts and has written recognized white papers for the American College of Transportation Attorneys (ACTA) on the subject. An AV Preeminent® rated attorney through Martindale-Hubbell®, Charles has served as chair of the American College of Transportation Attorneys (ACTA).
