He has litigated matters throughout the U.S. He has spoken at numerous national seminars on the progression and control of multimillion-dollar verdicts and has written recognized white papers for the American College of Transportation Attorneys (ACTA) on the subject. An AV Preeminent® rated attorney through Martindale-Hubbell®, Charles has served as chair of the American College of Transportation Attorneys (ACTA).
