Frank Gattuso is a Shareholder at Sweeney & Sheehan and serves on the Firm's Executive Committee. He handles matters in the areas of general liability, retail & hospitality, transportation, and commercial law. A zealous advocate with many years of experience, clients turn to him for their matters involving fatalities and serious injuries, including traumatic brain injuries. As a trusted advisor, Frank serves as National Coordinating Counsel and Monitoring Counsel for a U.S. based Fortune 500 corporation as well as National Counsel on Insurance matters for a U.S. based corporation. He is counsel to resorts, hotels, casinos, retailers, restaurants, department stores, industrial properties, fuel distributors, membership warehouse clubs, transportation companies and staffing service companies. He serves as arbitrator/mediator in the jurisdictions he is a member of.

Corporations, individual businesses, claims organizations, insurance professionals and insurance companies turn to Frank as a frequent lecturer on matters in his focused areas of practice. He is a Certified Instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia and is currently a faculty member for the National Business Institute presenting seminars to insurance and business professionals.

As an active member, Frank currently serves as Vice Chair for the Retail and Hospitality Practice Group of USLAW, a trusted network of peer law firms across the United States and internationally. In addition, he is a member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA), a retail industry centered organization focused on the defense of retail and restaurant businesses.Frank is a member of the Justinian Society of Philadelphia, a legal organization comprised of attorneys, judges, and law students. Frank currently serves as National Orator for the Order of the Sons and Daughters of Italy in America (OSDIA), an international organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. with over 80,000 members throughout the United States, Canada, and Italy. He is the highest-ranking officer with the sole duty and responsibility of interpreting and enforcing the General Laws of the Order. He supervises and controls all judiciary actions of the entire organization.
