Jeffrey M. Wells

Jeff Wells is a member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner, where he serves as vice chair of the Labor & Employment Group. Jeff’s employment litigation practice focuses on defending large multi-national corporations, small businesses, and public entities in employment-related matters. Jeff has defended clients against class actions, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, hostile work environment, wage and hour, and other employment related claims. His litigation experience includes all aspects of litigation, including arbitrations, jury trials and appeals. In addition to litigating, Jeff also advises clients on employment practices, policies, discipline, accommodation, leave, termination, and other employment related issues. Jeff also routinely provides outside investigation services for public and private entities. His investigation experience includes Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB), Title IX, discrimination, retaliation and other school and workplace issues.
