Justin H. Pfrehm

Justin Pfrehm is of counsel in the firm’s Reno office.  A graduate of Oregon State University (cum laude) and Willamette University College of Law, Mr. Pfrehm worked at an established Reno litigation and trial practice law firm for 18 years before joining the firm.  He is a former member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and, for many years, authored the Nevada case summaries for the “Defense Comment” magazine published by the Association of Defense Counsel of Nevada and Northern California.

Mr. Pfrehm has represented clients in all state and federal courts throughout Nevada.  He also has represented clients in California state courts near and around Lake Tahoe. Mr. Pfrehm practices in all areas of defense-oriented litigation, including but not limited to, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, nursing and medical malpractice, business disputes, property disputes and insurance coverage matters.  During his practice, Mr. Pfrehm has tried over a dozen jury trials to verdict and handled numerous short trials, bench trials, binding and non-binding arbitration hearings, and several multi-day administrative hearings.  He has also handled innumerable appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court.  Mr. Pfrehm has achieved and maintained an AV “preeminent” Martindale Hubbell rating.
