Michael R. D’Lugo joined Wicker Smith in 1995 and is a partner in the firm’s Orlando office. He is a Board Certified Appellate Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
An AV-Preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. D’Lugo primarily focuses his practice on issues concerning appellate and administrative law. He has represented clients from a diverse background of industries as lead or sole appellate attorney before the Florida District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has over 200 published appellate opinions.
Mr. D’Lugo attended Columbia University earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1989 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Boston University in 1994. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and a charter member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee.
