Patrick L. Mixson, a partner in the Orlando office, handles medical malpractice, premises liability, transportation, automotive, product liability, professional liability, and other civil litigation matters. Mr. Mixson holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Mixson devotes a significant portion of his practice to the defense of institutional clients in the retail, healthcare, and hospitality industries, throughout the state of Florida, primarily handling complex, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
A native of Florida, Mr. Mixson graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010. Mr. Mixson also attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Admitted to practice in Florida in 2010, Mr. Mixson is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, as well as the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
