R. Eric Toney

Eric Toney is a partner at Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, P.A., in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Eric’s practice is primarily focused on the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of commercial accidents. He is a member of the firm’s rapid response team and supervises the investigation and defense of transportation matters throughout Mississippi. Eric received his undergraduate and law degrees from Mississippi College. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar and all Mississippi federal courts.
