Rebecca K. Hinds

Rebecca K. Hinds represents clients in matters spanning the spectrum of civil litigation, including in commercial litigation, business law, transportation liability defense, employment law, breach of contract, insurance litigation, products liability, construction disputes, and professional negligence. Ms. Hinds also advises businesses in a variety of employment-related matters and serves as outside general counsel for several local companies. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing healthcare providers – both practices and individuals – in contract negotiations and disputes.

Ms. Hinds is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Tennessee, before the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, and before the United States Court of Federal Claims.
