Richard E. McLawhorn

Richard maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on transportation, general liability, products liability, construction and medical malpractice. His clients have included well-known insurance companies, trucking companies, product manufacturers and distributors, and medical facilities throughout South Carolina.

Richard is licensed in South Carolina in Georgia. He has tried cases in both state and federal court in South Carolina and handled cases in the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court.

He currently serves on the board of trustees for a university in Greenville, South Carolina.
