Stephanie L. Hersperger

Stephanie L. Hersperger is a shareholder of Pion, Nerone, Girman, Winslow & Smith, P.C. and operates out of the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, office. Stephanie has been practicing in Pennsylvania Courts for more than 16 years. She focuses much of her practice on post-trial and appellate litigation and transportation matters. While at her prior law firm, Stephanie was a partner and the chairperson of the Appellate Department. Stephanie practices before the Pennsylvania State Courts, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court. She also handles Federal appeals before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Stephanie has extensive experience with appeals and consults on appeal issues in a variety of subject matters, including, but not limited to, transportation, medical professional liability, civil rights, premises liability, and insurance coverage. She also handles a variety of interlocutory appeals, including those related to discovery matters or issues that warrant immediate appeal. While she concentrates her practice on appeals, Stephanie remains active in all other matters of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions and other pre-trial and trial matters, which enhances her ability to effectively and successfully handle appeals and appellate issues.
