Theresa Strub Caccippio is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Wicker Smith where she focuses her practice on automotive, civil litigation and premises liability. Mrs. Caccippio is a leader of attorneys that specialize in the defense of personal injury claims involving surgical procedures.
In 2002, Mrs. Caccippio graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelors in Political Science and a minor in Theology, cum laude. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2005. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mrs. Caccippio was a partner at another Miami firm where she focused on bodily injury defense.
Mrs. Caccippio was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2005 and is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association and Ghost Light Society Steering Committee.
