POSTED SEPTEMBER 5, 2014

Dysart Taylor Cotter McMonigle & Montemore, P.C., a premier regional law firm based in Kansas City, Missouri, has joined USLAW NETWORK as its representative in Kansas and Western Missouri.

“We are delighted to welcome Dysart Taylor to USLAW NETWORK,” said Bradley A. Wright, Chair of USLAW Board of Directors, and partner of USLAW member firm Roetzel & Andress, LPA in Ohio. “They showcase an 80-year foundation of delivering a high level of service to their clients. Pat (McMonigle) and his colleagues bring an established Midwest practice that has a national reach across diverse practice areas and we look forward to working together to service the legal needs of USLAW members’ clients.”

Dysart Taylor was founded in 1934 by Kansas City attorneys Lee Reeder and Carll Kretsinger, both of whom were among the founding members of the Motor Carrier Lawyers Association, now known as the Transportation Lawyers Association. Both later became Presidents of that group, as have five Dysart Taylor lawyers since them, including current attorneys Pat McMonigle and Ken Hoffman.   Dysart Taylor has expanded upon its transportation roots and now represents its local, regional, national and international clients in lawsuits involving corporate, real estate, construction, retail and employment matters. In addition to their diverse and well-rounded practice, Dysart Taylor attorneys have held and currently hold prominent leadership positions in bar and industry associations.

“Dysart Taylor is excited to join the impressive and distinguished USLAW Network”, said Patrick McMonigle, the Chair of Dysart Taylor’s transportation practice group. “We look forward to developing and fostering professional and personal relationships with our fellow USLAW members over the coming years.”
