USLAW NETWORK proudly announces March 2026 – internationally recognized as Women’s History Month – as USLAW Women’s Connection Month, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection. What began in 2006 as a focused effort to build community among women attorneys and business professionals has grown into one of USLAW’s most impactful initiatives—advancing careers, strengthening client relationships and cultivating a legacy of leadership.

“We are excited to shine the light on the people, programs and achievements of the USLAW Women’s Connection during Women’s Connection Month in March,” said USLAW NETWORK CEO Roger M. Yaffe. “Over the past 20 years, the Women’s Connection has grown into a cornerstone of our organization. We invite everyone to join us in March to connect, learn, collaborate and be inspired through a series of free, meaningful programs and experiences.”

Throughout March, USLAW will host a dynamic month-long initiative celebrating the women shaping the NETWORK today while honoring the trailblazers who paved the way. Through professional development, powerful storytelling, and intentional connection, Women’s Connection Month reflects on our history and two decades of progress and inspires the next generation of leaders.

Women’s Connection Month is open to female legal leaders from across the United States and around the world, including in-house counsel as well as professionals working in claims and risk. It is designed for women who are directly involved in their organizations’ legal matters—across all practice areas and industries—and who value building relationships, exchanging insights, and strengthening professional networks through meaningful conversation and community. In addition, all USLAW NETWORK female outside counsel, along with female representatives of USLAW corporate partners, are invited to participate and engage alongside their peers in this collaborative, supportive forum.
