In 2026, USLAW NETWORK marks a milestone worthy of reflection, pride and anticipation—25 years of uniting independent, full-service law firms under a shared vision of exceptional client service, collegiality and jurisdictional insight. What began in 2001 with six founding firms has grown into a vibrant network of nearly 100 firms, more than 6,000 attorneys and an international footprint reaching Canada, Latin America, Asia and Europe.

Our Journey

The idea that sparked USLAW NETWORK was bold yet simple: to provide businesses with regional expertise—but with the power and reach of a national network. From early days of “how can we deliver better value across jurisdictions?” the founders envisioned a different path—one of agility, independence and personal relationships.

Over the years:

• We welcomed dozens of member firms across states and countries, each bringing local knowledge and broad capabilities.
• We built more than 20 substantive practice groups, offering clients specialized advice in litigation, business transactions, data privacy, transportation, environmental, professional liability and many other areas.
• We established relationships abroad—most notably with the Trans‑European Law Firm Alliance (TELFA) in Europe—blending local counsel with global reach.
• We remained grounded in our core beliefs: client-service first, responsiveness, collegiality among member firms and accountability.

Through change, expansion and evolving client needs, our compass has remained steady. The strategies and relationships forged in the last 25 years set the foundation for what is ahead.
