Andrea Rescigno

Andrea Rescigno assists and advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters. He has more than 30 years of experience in M&A transactions, setting up of joint ventures and corporate structures, and negotiation of national and international contracts (procurement, supply, distribution). His clients are Italian and foreign entities operating in the industrial (chemical-pharmaceutical, heavy industry), financial services and media sectors. Andrea also represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings and advises on Law 231/2001 related matters. He holds several positions as member of the board of directors of Italian entities of multinational groups. Andrea is the president of the Board of Directors of TELFA. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
