Daniela Flores

Daniela Flores is a partner at EC Legal, a top full-service law firm in Mexico with six offices throughout the country. Her main areas of practice are corporate governance and compliance, M&A, commercial, real estate, and cross-border transactions. Daniela's professional experience also includes a secondment in the legal department of a multinational company in Mexico City. Daniela is a Fulbright alumna and earned her Master of Laws degree from New York University School of Law in 2014. She currently is president of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Attorneys in the Chihuahua Section in Mexico. Since 2014, Daniela has led the Corporate Social Responsibility program of EC Legal. She provides pro bono legal work to diverse non-profit organizations in Ciudad Juárez and serves as a volunteer mediator at the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center in El Paso, Texas.
