J. Ryan Perkins

Ryan Perkins, whose practice spans nearly 25 years, serves as Firm President, Equity Shareholder and Management Committee member of Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, P.A., at its primary office in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Ryan's litigation defense practice focuses on the areas of premises liability in the retail and hospitality sectors, commercial and residential construction defect, architect and engineer liability, product liability, automobile/trucking and general business defense and consulting. Ryan is also experienced in defending declaratory judgments and bad faith actions. Ryan's representative clients are both domestic and international. Ryan serves as local Mississippi counsel for several national clients in retail, insurance and construction matters, as well as for an international retail pharmacy chain in opioid litigation. His clients include businesses, individuals and their insurers. Ryan has been Martindale Hubbell "AV" Preeminent Rated since 2011.
