Jacob Nelson is a litigation attorney with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he is engaged primarily in general commercial litigation, distribution and franchise-related litigation and construction law. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Nelson worked as a litigation attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee.
Mr. Nelson served as a law clerk to Judge James E. Gritzner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. During law school, he was a judicial extern to Judge Aleta A. Trauger of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to law school, Mr. Nelson was a member of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps.
