Jennifer A. Sullivan

Jen Sullivan is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office where her practice focuses on defending personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from transportation events and retail and hospitality settings. She defends insureds and insurers in bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist auto accident cases as well as commercial retailers in premises cases. Over the past 20 years, Jen has also defended clients in matters involving property damage and subrogation, construction industry claims, and employment and professional liability. She regularly provides defense representation to insureds and insurers on a wide array of tort claims throughout north Florida, while also handling pre-suit EUOs and pre-suit investigation. She holds an AV Preeminent® peer-review rating from Martindale Hubbell®. Jen was selected to the list of Super Lawyers® and previously to the list of Super Lawyers® Rising Stars. Jen has served in leadership roles locally and state-wide. She is a past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) (2017-2018) and of the Tallahassee Women Lawyers (2011-2012), having served in multiple board and executive positions for those organizations. While serving as FAWL president, she served as an ex-officio member on The Florida Bar Board of Governors during her term. In addition, she is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and a past member of the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court.
