Kyle D. Weynand works with individuals, businesses, and corporations on a variety of commercial, construction, and employment litigation. His practice primarily involves handling complex issues in the energy and commercial construction industries including matters and disputes relating to breach of contract, breach of warranty, liens, indemnity, payment and performance bonds, delay and disruption claims, construction defects, and products liability. Mr. Weynand attended South Texas College of Law where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, Order of the Lytae, and Order of the Barristers. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Weynand began his legal career focusing on complex litigation issues. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of the construction process, their obligations under various master service agreements, AIA contracts, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements and master release orders as well as indemnity claims. Additionally, he litigates and advises on employment issues, trade secret matters, non-competition and confidentiality agreements. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation – Construction and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants every year since 2021.
