Matthew W. Geary

Matthew Geary is a shareholder / director with Dysart Taylor in Kansas City. He is an accomplished litigator in Missouri and Kansas State and Federal courts. Matt has litigated a wide spectrum of civil disputes, including cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, general contract disputes, product liability defense, trademarks, real estate and land use disputes, insurance coverage, and defense of general personal injury negligence matters. He also has extensive appellate experience arguing cases before the Eighth Circuit, Missouri Supreme Court, Kansas Supreme Court, and intermediate appellate courts in Missouri and Kansas.
