He is the author of a Treatise titled Connecticut Landlord and Tenant Law with Forms (3rd Edition), published by the Connecticut Law Tribune and ALM Media. He graduated from Norwich University, Corps of Cadets (B.A); The American University, School of International Service (M.A); and The American University, Washington College of Law (J.D).
