Philip Goodhart

Philip Goodhart is a partner with the law firm of Thorndal Armstrong, PC, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He brings over 18 years of experience to the practice, which focuses in the areas of general insurance defense, insurance coverage issues and bad faith litigation. In addition, Phil is both a private arbitrator and mediator, as well as a panel member of the Clark County Court-Annexed Arbitration Program. Phil has lectured in the area of insurance bad faith and UM/UIM insurance coverage and claims at various CLE seminars in the Las Vegas area. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and Clark County Bar Association. Phil has also completed the IADC Defense Counsel Trial Academy Program.
