R. Eric Toney

Eric Toney is a shareholder at Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, P.A., in Ridgeland, Mississippi, where his practice is concentrated on the defense of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of commercial accidents, and retail/premises liability claims. He is a lead member of the firm’s rapid response team and supervises the investigation and defense of matters throughout Mississippi. Eric received his undergraduate and law degrees from Mississippi College. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, all Mississippi federal courts, and the Tribal Court of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
