R.J. (Randy) Stevenson

Randy is a full-time management-side labor and employment lawyer and Leader of the firm's Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Law Practice Group - comprised of 27 full-time labor, employment, and employee benefits lawyers and 6 paralegals (the largest group of its type in the central United States).

He is one of only a handful of lawyers in the Midwest to be elect a Fellow of in "The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers," the premier peer-selected organization of L&E lawyers in North America.

Randy represents employers nationally in almost all aspects of labor relations and employment law - particularly matters involving OSHA and workplace safety and health (including fatalities), workplace discrimination / harassment / whistleblower claims, compliance with the ADA, wage & hour laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and management-union relationships (whether threatened or existing).

He has been selected annually for 25 years or more for inclusion in each of the following publications:

"The Best Lawyers in America®" in the fields of Employment Law and Labor Law (and he has been named its "Labor Law (Management) Lawyer of the Year” as well as its "Employment Law (Management) Lawyer of the Year”;

He is the past Chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Section and has served on the boards of numerous community, professional, civic and church groups. He was also a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Creighton University’s School of Law.
