Sarah L DiFranco

Sarah DiFranco’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of commercial, financial services, tort, construction, eminent domain/condemnation, and landlord tenant litigation. She represents businesses, financial institutions, contractors, and material suppliers in a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts. She also represents landowners in condemnation actions. Sarah was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® (Commercial Litigation) 2024-2025. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. Sarah earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2007 and her B.B.A. from Emory University in 1999.
