This program is devoted to the significant changes to labor and employment law as a result of the first 100 days of President Trump’s second term. From executive orders and new regulations to shifts in enforcement priorities, this program reviews changes to wage and hour regulations and provides a status of the overtime pay expansion, union-related reforms, and how the Department of Labor (DOL) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) have adjusted their priorities.
