The USLAW NETWORK Energy and Environmental Law Practice Group includes attorneys from across the NETWORK who are at the forefront of litigation and regulatory matters related to air and water quality, waste disposal, energy resources such as oil & gas, coal, uranium, geothermal, wind, sun and biomass, as well as telecommunications, water and utility legislation. Our member attorneys stay current on the energy and utility industry landscape, regulatory matters, legislation, emerging technology trends and laws in order to deliver relevant information to clients who use the NETWORK.
