Patrick E. Foppe

Patrick E. Foppe is a member of Lashly & Baer, P.C. in St. Louis, where he serves as lead trial and litigation counsel throughout Missouri and Illinois. A dynamic and results-driven advocate, Patrick has successfully tried numerous cases and resolved hundreds of high-stakes matters. His practice centers on catastrophic trucking accidents, insurance coverage, premises liability, and wrongful death litigation. As leader of Lashly & Baer’s Rapid Response Team, he is often on the ground within hours of an incident, directing strategic, real-time investigations.

Patrick is Chair of Lashly & Baer’s Litigation Group and holds key leadership roles in several national industry organizations, including the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA), USLAW NETWORK’s Transportation and Logistics Practice Group, and the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Trucking Law Steering Committee. He currently serves as President-Elect of TLA and previously served as Editor of its highly regarded legal journal, The Transportation Lawyer.
