Andrea Rescigno

Andrea Rescigno assists and advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters. He has more than 30 years of experience in M&A transactions, setting up of joint ventures and corporate structures, and negotiation of national and international contracts (procurement, supply, distribution). His clients are Italian and foreign entities operating in the industrial (chemical-pharmaceutical, heavy industry), financial services and media sectors. Andrea also represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings and advises on Law 231/2001 related matters. 231/2001. He holds several positions as member of the board of directors and of the surveillance bodies pursuant Law 231 of Italian entities of multinational groups. Andrea is a member of the Board of Directors of TELFA. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
