Benjamin J. Wisher

Ben Wisher is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Health Services Practice Groups. Ben is a litigator primarily representing businesses in commercial disputes. He has represented publicly traded corporations, health systems and hospitals, and private enterprises. Ben also has experience litigating construction and non-commercial matters, including errors and omissions, employment and professional liability disputes, and he has also represented entities subject to government investigation. Ben’s experience is not limited to state and federal trial courts. He also represents clients before appellate courts and in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
