Keith A. Dotseth

Keith is one of the founding partners of Larson • King. Throughout his career he has devoted his practice to complex civil litigation and strategic counseling. He has participated in some of the most significant litigation and crisis management challenges over the last decade. Among the cases in which Keith has had direct personal involvement include: silicone breast implant defense, insurance and reinsurance coverage litigation, asbestos product liability defense, insurance and reinsurance coverage litigation, medical device product liability defense and insurance coverage litigation, several significant environmental clean-up insurance coverage cases and indoor air contaminant class actions and related coverage litigation. Keith has routinely represented all sides of major litigation, gaining experience with and intimate knowledge of plaintiff, defense, insurance, reinsurance and governmental perspectives. Keith has practiced and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions around the country and has appeared before national and international arbitration tribunals. Keith is a frequent speaker on reinsurance and insurance topics. He has presented before industry members at conferences sponsored by Mealey's, ARIAS-US, PLUS and USLAW, among others.
