Maxwell Levine

Maxwell J. Levine is a partner in the Miami office where he focuses his practice primarily on medical malpractice and civil litigation cases.

Born in Miami, Florida, Mr. Levine obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida in 2012. He continued his studies at the University of Miami, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2016. While attending law school, Mr. Levine served as an intern for the Honorable Jose Martinez of the United States District Court and was also a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2018, Mr. Levine practiced at another South Florida firm where he handled maritime defense for cruise lines.

Admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2016, Mr. Levine is a member of The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and Dade County Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, Maxwell enjoying boating, fishing, and playing various sports.
